Motivating Pinterest Faves

Hi, beauties! 🌷 I have been working towards changing my ways and creating a healthier lifestyle for myself. Between my eating habits, working out, and just my overall mindset are all things I have been working on - and I have to say I have been loving the change! I thought that it would be a good time to share some different things I have found along the way that have been helping me along this journey. Things I want to share are some workouts I have tried, recipes that look good, motivational quotes for a quick pick me up and even some cute outfit inspo that I obviously needed to throw in.😉
First we will start with the outfit inspo that I have found and have to share with you all! I know that it does not matter what you wear when you are trying to become more active... but you can not argue that putting on a cute outfit doesn’t make you feel just a little bit more confident! So let's get into it. 💪

2. First off, how cute is this black crop/sports bra?! (I might need to go buy it myself) This is an outfit that gets me right in the mood of working out. 3. Such a simple outfit, and easy to recreate for less as well. This is a go to look for me for an at home workout and then getting stuff done around the house. As someone who is trying to figure out what kind of workouts I enjoy, I have been trying a bunch of different ones. Currently I have been loving mixing it up between legs, core and arms. Focusing on a couple workouts each day is what I have been doing. Here are some of my favorites or ones that I want to try out soon. I am going to be linking my favorite fitness Youtuber’s that I follow after this section - so keep reading to find out who I have been watching! 💪
1. Abs are not my strongest.. but I am working my hardest to do my best - which to me is a start and that's what matters! I love these 5 minute workouts for abs because they are actually realistic for me while still being challenging! I love watching Love Sweat Fitness on YouTube and doing the 5 minute ab workouts that she puts up, they are actually fun.. I know how in the world is it fun? But trust me, go check her out!
2. I loooove working out my legs, mainly because I feel like i’m pretty good at doing them compared to abs 😂 I have been doing squats and trying to work on my inner thighs to hopefully get toned legs for the summertime!
3. I have always wanted to try yoga and am finally going to take an actual class soon (so excited)! But in the meantime I am going to be trying this! It looks like something that I will love doing and actually want to wake up to do, hahah! Are you guys interested in starting this with me? Let me know if you will be in the comments down below!
4. The perfect all around workout! If you are in a pinch for time or just want to do get a workout in quick one day then this would be perfect. You can modify it to your level no problem which I love as well. 💪

Pinterest has SO many amazing recipes that I want to try out. From dinner recipes, to snacks, to smoothies they have it all and then some! I have been loving fancying up chicken, hummus & anything with chickpeas, fruit, and obviously sweet treats. 🍴 I found some recipes that look really good and that I will be trying asap! Hope this gives you some new and fresh ideas to try in the kitchen to spruce up your meals and eating habits! Find even more great recipes on my Healthy Recipes board on Pinterest!
1. Like I said before, I have been obsessed with anything chickpea related. This recipe looks DELICIOUS, and so easy. It would be so customizable and easy to add even more things in if you would like.
2. I love any kind of smoothies, specifically ones with mangoes and peaches in it so this one with the mix of other fruits and the yogurt sounds beyond perfect to me. 😍
3. The perfect dinner recipe, fresh and easy to make. Want to try this for my bf and I soon, we love spicing up a simple meal (great leftovers as well!)
4. We all need a sweet treat every once in a while, but why not make it somewhat healthy at the same time? Muffins are always so simple to make and also just make your own. Add some walnuts for some crunch or even some dark chocolate chips to make it more like dessert. Will be trying these so make sure to follow the blogs Instagram to see them on my stories!
5. As someone who has always been hesitant to try green smoothies, I have got to say I will be trying this one ASAP! It looks and sounds sooo yummy. I mean it has bananas and cacao nibs.. How could you go wrong?!
